Effective 11 October 2026. These terms cover Mina’s Quest: Glucose Guard, its account service and website, provided by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD under The Diabetes Voice. Contact [email protected].

Playing the game

The game is intended for ages 13 and over. Use the game for personal entertainment and follow the rules shown in the game. Its characters, glucose mechanics and attacks are fictional. It does not measure glucose, provide medical advice or replace care or medication.

Accounts and usernames

Choose a nickname rather than your real name. Do not impersonate another person, use abusive names, share account credentials or access someone else’s account. Apple and Google sign-in are subject to their providers’ terms. Guest progress may be lost if you remove local data before linking an account. Under-13 profiles may use guest mode only.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, harass other players or interfere with the service. We may remove abusive usernames or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Purchases and testing

Any price or purchase terms are shown by the relevant store before payment. Apple or Google handles platform payments and applicable refund processes. Test builds may contain errors, change features or reset test progress; cloud saves are not a guarantee against all data loss.

Our content

The game artwork, characters, music, code and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Installing the game permits personal use; it does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Privacy and deletion

Read our Privacy policy for data practices and our deletion page for removing an account and associated data. Deleting an account does not automatically request a store refund.

Availability and your rights

We aim to maintain the game and service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. We will post material updates here with a revised effective date.
