MINA’S QUEST: GLUCOSE GUARD

Delete account & data

Request deletion of your Mina’s Quest: Glucose Guard account and associated gameplay data, provided by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD. You can use this page even if you no longer have the game installed.

Delete inside the game

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This removes the connected account and its cloud save. If Apple asks you to sign in again, complete that step and retry deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] with the subject Mina’s Quest account deletion. Include your player username or player ID and whether you used guest, Apple or Google sign-in. We will reply to verify ownership before deleting data. Do not send a password, sign-in token, identity document or health information.

Request account deletion

If the button does not open your mail app, copy the email address above into your preferred email service. We will explain any further verification required; deletion is not triggered just by opening this page.

What is deleted

Your account record, username association, linked sign-in identifiers, cloud save, and associated score and referral records held by our connected service. Account sessions stop working after deletion. Apple-linked accounts also require revocation of the Apple sign-in credential.

Local data and retained records

Uninstalling the game alone does not delete a connected account. Remove remaining local data using your device’s app-storage controls. Operational backups may retain previously deleted records until their normal retention period expires. Limited support or security records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or resolving a request; we will explain any exception when handling your request. Contact us for a retention explanation or a request to delete only particular data.

Deleting a game account does not delete your Apple or Google account, cancel a store subscription, or issue a purchase refund.
